Last May I got my first chance to be actual credentialed press at an event.back then I had gone as a reporter for StarWarsReporter.com so after starting out on my own with FamilyFather I wasn’t sure that my little family blog site would cut it to get in as press for a “con” again. I had a great time at MegaCon Orlando and I’ve got a handful of articles and videos built up now so as the deadline for MegaCon Tampa Bay approached I decided to give it a shot. The media contact at CarmaPR that was so helpful getting me in to the Orlando show with StarWarsReporter was equally glad to consider my solo venture FamilyFather. This time I have a professional camera man to help me and we should get some great footage and pictures. Of course you should expect to see my kids take over an interview or two as well. If you’ve never been to a sci-fi or comic book convention here’s a sneak peek at what you should expect at MegaCon Tampa Bay…
